A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Administrative Assistant in Covington, GA ! The Administrative Assistant will be working for a respected organization and has career growth potential. Administrative Assistant Highlights The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Onsite position This position is full-time, temporary (40 hours/week) Location: Covington, GA 30014 Responsibilities Support daily clerical/administrative functions including production tracking and maintenance of records. Retrieve and control components to support kitting operations. Utilize work orders to complete kitting schedules and requirements. Pull components as needed to complete orders. Support manufacturing startup activities and coordinate movement of released runs to finished goods. Maintain component inventory and storage organization. Prepare and send component shipments to other facilities; return restocks to storage. Attend training sessions and assist with training production operators as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills and keyboarding proficiency Ability to read and follow instructions; communicate effectively one-on-one Basic math skills Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently with initiative Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment Preferred: 1+ year of warehouse and/or manufacturing experience Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
